In an increasingly demanding world, ARMYs have found comfort and inspiration in the music, messages, and personas of BTS. The phrase "BTS saved me" is something we all relate to, no matter where we are in life.
With the group currently on hiatus, there's a noticeable yet inexplicable void. Despite the liveliness of Chapter 2, ARMYs still miss the OT7 connection, and this feeling of longing has subtly influenced our day-to-day life. But the promise of 2025 is a wellspring of hope and motivation. Amidst this challenging yet hopeful period, the ARMY Glow-Up (AGU) campaign shines as a guiding light for ARMYs who have taken the path toward becoming a #BetterARMYforBTS.
At its core is the Mind Power goal, a transformative objective that goes beyond addressing mental health issues and focuses on self-discovery, emotional intelligence, and building resilience—ideas that are also deeply rooted in everything that BTS represents.
The Mind Power Challenge
Unlocking Mind Power starts with self-awareness—understanding one's own thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and motivations. It is more of a process than an objective, and (realistically speaking) not something easily achievable by 2025. As people constantly change and evolve, our understanding of ourselves can shift over time depending on our outlook, making it almost impossible to "complete" a self-awareness goal in just two years.
However, it sets a good foundation for personal growth and lets you see a clearer endpoint. By focusing on Mind Power goals, you open up for self-discovery and allow yourself to embrace your own change and evolution.
Setting Mind Power Goals
What personal goals can you work on under Mind Power? Here are some examples:
To learn time management

To manage stress, anxiety, and depression
To practice self-love, self-compassion, and self-preservation
To make time for mindfulness
To let go of self-doubt and develop a positive mindset
To learn emotional regulation
To heal from past trauma
